Who can you trust in a world where your genes determine your place in society? The romantic thriller Ten with a Flag is set in Sweden in the aftermath of a digital collapse in the 2050s, where society is governed by a rigid class system based on each person’s genetics.

A young couple, Livia and Isak, learn that their unborn child belongs to a unique category – a genetic sensation. But the child’s classification report also contains a mysterious warning: a red flag. Soon, the couple are drawn into a nightmarish power struggle over their unborn child, where no one can be trusted.

Directed by Anders Hazelius, the six-part series Ten with a Flag premieres on SVT in autumn 2027.
